Envision is an independent non-profit Think Tank based in Vilnius and Warsaw. We have 20 years of experience in business and innovation analysis. Our founding partner Tatiana Marinich was the head of the analysis team of IFC Belarus. She organized surveys of the business environment and drafted legal recommendations for improvement. As a result, the recommendations were incorporated into the legal framework of Belarus. Creating Envision we’ve gathered our previous experience and research efforts to focus on economic challenges in Belarus and Eastern Europe.

Envision publishes research and policy papers and promotes the creation and dissemination of new knowledge to strengthen the role of entrepreneurs and innovators for economic growth and social impact.

At the core of our research lies an interdisciplinary and collaborative exchange of knowledge and practical cases. We understand the unique socio-political case of Belarus, where many processes are taking place today for the first time, and we are ready to share our experience and strategic vision and apply our expertise to the research cases of other countries.

Envision team believes that our areas of interest in Belarus and the Eastern European region can be attractive to researchers from around the world to jointly create an ideal environment for entrepreneurial endeavours with the aim of expanding them.
